Laboratory

In the era of dynamic development of architectural thought, focusing not only on aesthetics but also on sustainable energy use and increasing awareness among end-users of window products, the policy of conscious development and improvement of said products becomes a key element of strategy for many industry companies. An inherent aspect of this process is conducting product tests, which is the foundation of our Laboratory that offers a comprehensive range ofservices in this area.

Laboratory Competencies

Founded in 2007, our institution constantly strives to expand competencies and improve our test methods. Starting from basic production control, we progressively introduced offers covering thermal conductivity, anti-burglary properties, acoustic properties, and field testing. In 2023, as pioneers in Poland and second in Europe, we introduced a comprehensive offer allowing further certification of windows and doors for North American markets, which was a significant step, enabling us access to the Recognized Laboratories List by Keystone.

Advanced testing and certification for global compliance.

The mission of our company is to partner with manufacturers from the beginning to the end of testing, development, and certification process of products. The experience of our specialists in construction and installation of window products and legal aspects related to introducing windows and doors to the market is our pride and greatest asset. We do not settle for proven solutions, constantly seeking areas for improvement, striving for full transparency of reports, conducted research, and training. Our Laboratory adapts to the requirements of clients, developing in directions that facilitate the needs of our partners which ensures mutual progress.

In our facility in Wałbrzych, our clients can conduct comprehensive tests for CE marking, as well as additional properties such as resistance to burglary or acoustic insulation. In response to the growing demand for compliance with ASTM/WDMA/CSA standards, we offer testing in the full range of NAFS, based on cooperation with the certifying organization Keystone. Although we began conducting such tests five years ago, currently, our methods have been accredited and recognized in international markets. During the tests, we maintain constant contact with the client at all stages, supporting them with our expert knowledge. As a notified Laboratory, we monitor the state and relevance of industry information as well as standards and any legal documents related to windows and doors, which translates into dynamic cooperation with clients.
