The Policy of Mobilne Laboratorium Techniki Budowlanej Sp. z o.o. (MLTB) aims to deliver reliable, credible, and relevant research results, meeting the quality requirements and expectations of customers. The goal of implementing the management system is to achieve a strong position in the market of laboratory services in the field of research on windows and external doors. We strive to consolidate the image of the Laboratory as an organization operating comprehensively and professionally.
The Laboratory management has defined the following objectives:
* Maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system in
accordance with the standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 „General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”,
* Compliance of the established management system with the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of 9 March 2011 establishing harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products, impartiality in the conduct of laboratory activities,
* Consistency of Laboratory operations through the establishment and systematization of processes, and their continuous improvement,
* Maintaining the Laboratory at a high technical level by applying modern research methods in accordance with applicable standards,
* Building trust and satisfaction of our customers with the level and scope of services provided to them,
* Caring for the high competence of personnel through systematic training to enhance their qualifications,
* creating a perception among customers of the company as credible and friendly to every client.
In pursuit of the set objectives, the Laboratory management declares:
* Adherence to the principles of good professional practice,
* Stable functioning of the management system in accordance with the standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02, CPR No 305/2011, and the requirements of the Polish Accreditation Centre,
* Familiarity with the provisions of the Quality System and adherence of Laboratory personnel to the requirements of the management system,
* Complete confidentiality of data, information, and results generated as a result of laboratory activities,
* Refraining from engaging in any activities that could undermine the trust of Laboratory clients in its independence, competence, reliability, impartiality of research, confidentiality of information, and protection of clients’ property rights,
* Ensuring adequate resources and means for implementing this policy.
The guarantee of achieving the stated goals lies in the competence and experience of the Laboratory management and personnel, their awareness of the need for continuous improvement, and raising qualifications. All Laboratory employees are familiar with the policy, accept its provisions, and apply them in practice.
