As a Polish company and research laboratory, we provide effective technical support in terms of operation, research methods, and regulations related to the legal introduction of products to the market.
To ensure the consistency and reliability of research results, our laboratory provides support for ongoing checks and calibration of the control-measurement track.
Upon special request, the control-measurement track can be equipped with measuring devices with calibration certificates from accredited measurement laboratories. Thanks to this solution, the manufacturer can reduce the costs of initial type tests. External notified laboratories can use the manufacturer’s research infrastructure to conduct ITT tests in accordance with the standard PN-EN 14351-1+A2.
Conducting regular control tests is an integral part of the Factory Production Control in accordance with the standard PN-EN 14351-1+A2 and enables marking windows and doors with the CE mark and issuing Declarations of Performance based on this.
Purpose of the stations
WindoorTester stations are intended for conducting tests, tests, and control of windows in terms of:
- air permeability according to the research standard EN 1026,
- classification of results according to the classification standard EN 12207,
- water tightness according to the research standard EN 1027,
- wind load resistance according to the research standard EN 12211, including repetitive variable pressure test 50 cycles and safety test.
- The standard station is equipped with a 7-inch liquid crystal touch panel. The control program includes automatically programmed procedures facilitating the conduct of tests in accordance with test standards.
